Maple Barbecue Rub

This recipe is great for ribs, beef, pork, chicken, or fish.

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp paprika
- 2 Tbsp kosher salt
- 5 Tbsp Coombs Maple Sugar (substitute with 1 cup Coombs Maple Syrup if on hand)
- 1 Tbsp cumin
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 Tbsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp celery salt
- 1 tsp oregano
Preparation: Combine all ingredients in bowl; mix well. Store in airtight container.
