Maple Cheesecake

Maple Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup Coombs Family Farms pure maple sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • (Syrup and lemon optional)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into a cheesecake pan. Bake at 350 F for 30 – 35 minutes.
