Do What You Do and Do It Well Taking care of the forest is Coombs Family Farms’ greatest responsibility. Our certified organic maple syrup and maple products are all harvested and processed responsibly in ways that both protect our trees and drastically reduce our energy use and our carbon footprint.
We buy our maple from hundreds of small family farmers who are as dedicated to the practice of sustainable organic agriculture as we are. 
Our products include 100% pure organic maple syrup in various grades, pure organic maple sugar, pure maple candies, and pancake mixes. All of our maple products are naturally gluten free and made without artificial flavors, preservatives, or thickeners. Our organic maple syrup and our organic maple sugar are certified by Quality Assurance International (QAI) and carry the USDA organic seal. We are also certified kosher by Kof K.

Maple Substitution Guide
Check out our recipes for some tasty tips on ways to use maple sugar in your favorite foods. Maple sugar is sweeter than cane sugar. Use ½ to ¾ cup of Coombs Family Farms Maple Sugar in place of 1-cup cane sugar.
