A Better Way to Butter
The best way to eat maple syrup for breakfast, lunch and dinner? Make your own maple butter! Just whisk together 3/4 cup softened butter (or butter substitute), 1/4 cup maple syrup, a pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons powdered sugar.
